Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached to avoid any processing delays.
Print & Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package over to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been processed.
